Special Services for IU Students
Whether you need a color transparency or fliers for your event we have the digital solution to meet your needs. We now offer two easy ways for IU students to fulfill their printing needs:

1) Just stop in our store and open your files from your online locker. You can review and print your file while you're here.

NOW AVAILABLE - EMAIL AHEAD SERVICE
2) Email Ahead service. Send us your files and we'll have your outputs ready upon your arrival. Here's how it works. You send us your files using your indiana.edu email account. Be sure to include detailed instructions on what you need. We will then prepare your order and have it ready for you upon your arrival.*  Typical turn-around is one hour.
*We will review application files such as Word and if we feel reasonably certain the file is stable we will prepare your outputs before you arrive. If we feel their are problems we will hold the job until we've had a chance to review it with you. For more information on using this service click here.

Application Files - We can print from your Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Publisher files in both B&W and COLOR.  Call for pricing information or a custom quote.

Save Time / Eliminate Problems: Use PDF format
Repeat customers, graphics professionals, and bulk users should submit files in PDF format. Be sure to select the PRESS QUALITY option when creating your file. This creates the highest resolution graphics and embeds all your fonts for nearly problem-free printing. For detailed information on locating these settings see this graphic.
