Converting to PDF:
Detailed instructions for converting your file to PDF.  It is very important that you follow these instructions to achieve the best print results.  Don't find out too late that you didn't use the right settings!

Each team should assign at least one person to read the POLICIES AND PROCEDURES documentation so that you will know how, when and where to submit your files. 

Personal Copies:
Teams can order personal copies for individual members at great savings if they order them and pay for them at the time of the initial case order. See page six of the POLICIES AND PROCEDURES documentation for a breakdown on what each GOLD TEAM member will owe with and/or without a personal copy. These prices are all-inclusive with sales tax included.  For example, if you have six team members and your team has two people who want a personal copy, you can go to this page and determine exactly what each person will owe:  one price for those who take a personal copy and one price for those who do not take a personal copy. Remember, the team case and the personal copies must be ordered at the same time and must be paid for on one credit card or cash transaction.
